🧪 How Much Fuel Fits in Your Flasks?

✅ Mix at a 60% powder / 40% water ratio for optimal gel consistency and squeezeability. Too thick? Add a bit more liquid. 

How to Mix It

1. Add powder – Add in a measuring cup, depending on your flask size. Pro Tip - Make it a pouring cup with a spout so it's easy to pour into the flask

2. Add water – Use the water amounts above (about 40% of the total carb amount).

3. Stir well – Warm water helps dissolve faster and makes a smoother gel.

4. Adjust if needed – Want it thinner? Add a splash more water. Thicker? Use slightly less.

Mixing Tip:

1. Prep flasks the night before and refrigerate. Shake again before heading out.
2. Pro Tip: Make a mega batch, if you have a thermomix, add the carb and water ratio and then turn full speed for 10-20 seconds for perfectly mixed gel

Customise based on your sweat rate and environment:

• Mix 1 scoop into 500ml of water to deliver 30g of carbs per 500ml (60g of carbs per litre)
• Mix 2 scoops into 500ml of water to deliver 60g of carbs per 500ml (120g of carb per litre)
• Mix 3 scoops into 500ml of water to deliver 90g of carb per 500ml (180g of carb per litre)
• Mix 4 scoops into 500ml of water to deliver 120g of carb per 500ml (240g of carb per litre)

Mixing Tip:
1. Fill the bottle ⅓ with water
2. Add scoops of DRIVE
3. Shake to dissolve
4. Top off with water and shake again
