Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia (domestic orders)
  • International destinations (selected countries)

If your location isn’t available at checkout, please contact us at support@metriqfuel.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

  • Flat-rate shipping for domestic orders
  • Calculated shipping rates for international destinations based on weight and region

Orders over $[Threshold] AUD may qualify for free shipping (Australia only).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

MetriqFuel is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your international shipment. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is delayed or appears lost, contact us at support@metriqfuel.com with your order number and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. MetriqFuel is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
